The Alaska Area Native Health Service at 250 Gambell Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 intends to procure a pre-engineered steel building F.O.B. Seattle, WA. The specifications will outline the essential characteristics. The contract shall provide a pre-engineered steel building 30 feet wide, 50 feet long with a 17 foot eaves height. The building shall be provided complete with all structural steel for the building shell and mezzanine, wall claddings, roofing, doors, steel flooring, stairs, and other items as specified. All materials and products shall be crated for rough ocean shipment, and shall be suitable for general lifting and forklift use. The building will be erected in the Native Village of Chevak, Alaska by local labor crews under the direction of a Government foreman. The building supplier shall provide a representative on-site for 2 consecutive weeks during initial erection of the building. The solicitation will be ready on or about May 13, 1996.
