The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) intends to procure on a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for the following item. Doppler Coherent Variable Delay Units (DCVDU), minimum of 1 unit and maximum of 6 units, over a three year period of performance. DCVDU design requires cohesive system design in balancing dynamic range, bandwidth, RF design, and DRFM technologies trade offs to optimize system performance. Specifications will be provided with the Request for Proposal (RFP). Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to NAWCWPNS China Lake, California. Delivery of the first unit is 18 months after award of contract. Delivery of units two through six, if ordered, will be six months after issue of delivery order(s).
