The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tektronix for their digitizer is the only one that is compatiable with existing hardware and software developed for the Offensive Sensors Laboratory's Radar Target Generator. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 70 days after contract award.
