Pitts, Contracting Officer on (301)-344-3786 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking sources to provide, for its Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), Beltsville, Maryland, bulk animal feed (such as: Calf Developer, Swine Maintenance Ration, and Soybean Meal Ration) through an indefinite quantity-indefinite delivery contract for a base period 10/01/96 through 09/30/97, with two option periods commencing 10/01/97 through 09/30/98, and 10/01/98 through 09/30/99. This contract will be fixed price with an Economic Price Adjustment Clause to allow for the periodic adjustment of price(s) based upon market prices. All interested offerors must submit a technical capability statement. Written responses must be received in this office within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice.
