B -- PERTUSSIS LABORATORY ANALYSES FROM THIRD NATIONAL HEALTH AND NUTRITION EXAMINATION SURVEY SOL 200-96-0526(P) DUE 061296 POC Contact Dale DeFilipps, Contract Specialist at (404)842-6784 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates awarding a contract to obtain laboratory testing for antibodies against specific B.pertussis antigens for approximately 15,000 serum samples collected from individuals aged 6 to 49 years during the third Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from October 18, 1988 through October 15, 1994. The Contractor shall provide a validation report, laboratory manual, storage facility for specimens, specimen testing, test results, technology transfer, and quality control data. The anticipated contract period of performance is for 26 months. Written requests for copies of the solicitation will be honored if received within 15 days of the RFP issue date which will be on or about May 13, 1996. Requests received after that date will be filled on a limited first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. The date specified for receipt of offers will be approximately 30 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for the RFP must specify the RFP No. 200-96-0526(P). Telephone requests will not be accepted.
