Description of content: To establish technical regulation of ``driving simulators of motor bikes utilizing computer-generated real-time images of three-dimensions'' which may substitute for driving lessons by real vehicles at designated driving school. The driving simulators meeting the technical regulations are subject to type approval confirmation (which are not mandatory) operated by National Public Safety Commission. 7.
