Sauceda, Contracting Officer at (913) 239-0469 (Site Code DAKF19) The project consists of furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, material and transportation to provide for the removal and disposition of Government-owned tires (approximately 4,000,000 lbs) consisting of gamma goat tires with steel belts (approximately 6,000 each) with the remainder being vehicle and MHE tires, mostly military at Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, Utah. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 20 May 96 and will open on or about 20 Jun 96. Contractor must meet all applicable regulations and laws pertaining to the disposal of tires. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 7389. The Small Business size standard for this project is $5.0M annual receipts.
