Clutz (301) 619-2395 (Site Code DAMD17) The United States Army is planning to negotiate with Pacific Consolidation Industries (PCI) for the refurbishment of government-owned PCI liquid oxygen equipment. An estimated inventory of components include: 24 ROSE-I units, 49 ROSE-II units, 2 BST units, 20 HOBS units, 119 PODS, 50 SSODS, 28 Hospital Kits, 28 ROSE-I & II Kits and 2 BST Kits. The equipment is in storage at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures, as PCI is the only source capable of refurbishing its own products to a status of field-ready condition. PCI is the sole holder and owner of the drawings and technical information necessary to accomplish these services. Parties purporting to have the requisite credentials to perform these services must furnish, in writing, factual information which clearly supports and demonstrates evidence of such abilities.
