J -- UPGRADE, MAINTAIN, REPAIR ANTENNA DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS SOL N00253-96-R-0013 POC Contact Point, Julie Peterson, 360-396-5673 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDK) intends to 1) purchase Palomar circuit card assembly (CCA) part number 1104130-100; 2) procure services to upgrade the engineering design model (EDM) to SA2112c; 3) establish repair and maintenance capabilites for the upgraded SA2112C in support of the SEAWOLF Program. Palomar is the original equipment manufacturer of the EDM and owns the unit. The EDM unit is required for CCA manufacture, repair and certification. Palomar does not make the required proprietary information available to other firms. NUWCDK intends to negotiate a sole source contract for this requirement with Palomar Products Inc, Carlsbad, CA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
