J -- CLEANING OIL/WATER SEPARATORS SOL F3260596B0026 DUE 061396. Contact A1C Charles Boyd, 701/747-5286. Contractor to furnish all management, personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, servicing products and supplies (other than those specified as Government Furnished) necessary to accomplish cleaning and removal of liquid, oil, sludge from oil/water separators according to the Statement of Work. All work will be accomplished in compliance with all Federal and State regulations. Prior to start of work, oil/water separators must be tested for TLCP (less pesticides and herbicides), flashpoint, pH and reactivity to determine if material is hazardous. If material tests hazardous, all material must be containerized in DOT approved containers and turned in to DRMO for disposal. Services will be performed at Grand Forks AFB, ND. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. All interested contractors must submit a written request for a bid package to include business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Bid packages should be available on or about 15 May 96. (113)
