A contract is required to provide Closing Agent services in connection with Single Family HUD-acquired properties under the jurisdiction of the Fort Worth, Texas Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be awarded for the Abilene area to include the following counties: Callahan, Eastland, Haskell, Jones, Shackelford, Stephens, Taylor, Throckmorton, and Young. A closing office shall be established in Abilene. All contracts will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address. Telephone requests for solicitations will NOT be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 20, 1996. Response to the solicitation will be due approximately June 24, 1996.
