fax: 618/632-2751. Tetra Tech, Inc., in support of the Air Education
and Training Command, Air Force Space Command, and the Air Mobility
Command, welcomes the participation of sponsors and exhibitors for the
1996 AETC/AFSPC/AMC Environmental Training Symposium scheduled for
8-11 July 1996 in St. Louis, Missouri at the Stouffer Renaissance
Hotel, 9801 Natural Bridge Road (adjacent to Lambert International
Airport). The environmental training symposium will host approximately
450 participants from major Air Force installations throughout the
United States. Participants are gathering to receive instruction from
government and industry experts on environmental, conservation, and
resource protection issues facing the Air Force. Symposium attendees
are environmental specialists and managers, hazardous waste managers,
aircraft maintainers, logisticians, bioenvironmental engineers, public
affairs officers, and lawyers responsible for day-to-day environmental
regulatory compliance. Exhibitors will be invited to attend select
classes on a space-available basis. Exhibitors who specialize or offer
innovative equipment/technologies in environmental protection and/or
management are encouraged to reply. The symposium organizers are
interested in companies who offer state of the art approaches to
Pollution Prevention, Waste Minimization, Information Management, and
Site Remediation Technologies. Interested exhibitors are asked to
immediately fax the following information to the address/fax number
indicated above: Name of firm; Point of Contact (Name/Phone/fax); SOL
Number and Mailing Address. Failure to include the solicitation number
will result in elimination from further consideration. We will be
holding reservations for the first (35) firms that reply based on the
confirmation time indicated on the facsimile. Facsimiles will be
accepted for three business days after date of publication of this
announcement in the CBD (i.e., if announcement appears on a Friday,
facsimiles will be accepted until COB the following Wednesday). A
ranking of firms will then be delineated and return faxes transmitted
requesting the $100 fee be sent within one week. Firms failing to
transmit a check or money order within the one week allotted time will
be eliminated from further consideration and the next firm in the
rankings provided the opportunity to participate. The cost of reserving
a booth is $100. Confirmed paid exhibitors will receive an exhibitor
participation package in the mail providing further details on the
symposium. Anticipated exhibition hours are as follows: 08 July: Booth
setup: 8:00-11:00 AM Exhibits; Open 1:00 PM-5:00 PM; 09 July: Exhibits
Open: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM; 10 July: Exhibits Open: 7:30 AM-12:00 Noon (tear
down booths from noon to 3:00 PM). Confirmed exhibitors receive a 8' x
10' booth space equipped with fabric back and side walls, carpeting,
and ID sign, a 6' or 8' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket. Electrical
service will be provided by the hotel (bring extension cords) and
drayage is available through a separately contracted exhibition service
firm. Booth location will be determined by the host based on receipt of
check for booth space. Confirmed exhibitors will also be given the
opportunity to sponsor a coffee break or afternoon soda break. Further
details will be provided in the exhibitor participation package.
