Furnish all necessary equipment, supplies and personnel to perform aviation fuel and oil dispensing and defueling services from mobile fuel stations. Mobile refueling equipment shall conform to NFPA 407 and 385 specifications. Services to be provided at Ft. Wainwright/Fairbanks, Galena and Lake Hood/Anchorage, Alaska. Fuel and oil will be furnished by the Government. Services to begin March 27, 1997 for a one year period with option to renew for an additional four years. (115)
