Holzmiller, Contracting Officer, (919) 335-6436 Provide appropriate instructional services to design and implement the HH60 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) Cells, HH60 PDM Support Cell, and the HH60 Engineering Cell at the Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC), Elizabeth City, N.C. This training will result in the development of a fully functional HH60 product unit to support the HH60 aircraft. Contract is to be completed within 25 weeks after date of award. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate the above services from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Farmington Hills, MI in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. CSC provided the training for the development of the framework of the redesign plan including the HH60 Supply Cell. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. Request for solicitation must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. See Note 22.
