The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified individual capable of providing Building Maintenance Instructor Services at FCI, Manchester. Services include but are not limited to: Providing instruction in the two year building maintenance program which includes floor care, dry wall, plumbing and electrical. Providing exploratory (1 to 3 month survival skills) instruction in residential wiring, plumbing and custodial maintenance (floor care). Individual will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork for enrolling and completing fifteen students in the building maintenance program and providing an updated waiting list for building maintenance. Maintaining a current classroom roll and providing accurate monthly and quarterly reports for inmate attendance. The estimated issue date of the Request for Proposal is May 14, 1996, with an anticipated Receipt of Offers date of June 12, 1996. The contract period will include a base year not to exceed twelve months with four (4) one (1) year option periods for renewal. Requests for a solicitation package should be in writing only.
