Contract Completion time: Approximately 180 calendar days. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1629 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $17 MILLION. For all construction contracts in excess of $1,000,000, a Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting Plan is required by large firms prior to award.
