The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for removal and replacement of all interior asbestos material, suspended ceiling, doors, radiators, wiring, lighting, panel boxes, floor grilles and plumbing fixtures. The contractor shall install new gypsum board, floor tile, carpet, medical equipment, chair rails, cabinets, doors, wiring lights, radiators, and plumbing fixtures. Also provide fire alarm upgrades, modify a men's and a women's restroom and incidental related work. Estimated price range: between $500,000 and $1,000,0000. Number of days in contract: 180.
