The project work involces conservation of several murals in the South Penthouse. The method of procurement will be ''Two-step'' Negotiated. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is on or about May 10, 1996. Bid Opening date for the Technical Proposals will be June 17, 1996. Those offerors that are technically accepted will then be requested to submit Price Proposals on or about July 17, 1996. This procurement is not restricted to Small Business Firms only.
