MK Ferguson Company (MK-F), is currently performing work under a Department of Energy Prime Contract at the Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project (WSSRAP) located in St. Charles, Missouri. Qualified sources are being sought for the supply of a Compressed Air System to be used in the construction of a Chemical Stabilization/Solidification (CSS) Plant. Interested qualified parties should have the ability to provide equipment in compliance with design/hard specifications and stringent quality control procedures. Following is a brief description of the equipment anticipated to be required under the procurement action. COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM: This is a procurement for skid mounted duplex screw compressors systems completely piped and wired for lead lag operation. Each compressor to have capacity of about 200 SCFM each at 150 PSIG discharge pressure. Single ASME receiver of about 2500 gallon capacity. Regenerative air dryer for instrument air with capacity of about 25 SCFM. Package includes heavy duty inlet air filter silencers, all controls, motor starters, and status monitoring equipment. Estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $25K and $100K (SIC CODE 3563).
