The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, MD., has a requirement for Radio Control/Intercommunications Systems in support of United States Special Operations Command Mark V Special Operations Craft and Tactical Radio System. This Radio Control/Intercommunications System consists of various components such as control stations, crew stations, interface terminals and cable kits. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract on a firm fixed price basis is anticipated, with a total term of three years from date of award. This is a noncompetitive contract action. The government intends to negotiate solely with Grumman Aerospace Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
