The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to procure on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity firm-fixed price type contract, RF signal monitoring and measurement system, minimum 1 unit/ maximum 4 units over a two year period of performance. The Range Signal Density Measurement System (RSDMS) captures RF signals in an open air range environment. The system is to be located in a test facility overlooking the test range. The RSDMS consists of an RF tuner (.5 to 18 Ghz), pulse analyzer, and a data capture/storage unit. RSDMS shall be capable of both manual and automated signal acquisition and display.
