MK Ferguson Company (MK-F), is currently performing work under a Department of Energy Prime Contract at the Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project (WSSRAP) located in St. Charles, Missouri. Qualified sources are being sought for the supply of MCC Buildings and Transformer Skids to be used in the construction of a Chemical Stabilization/Solidification (CSS) Plant. Interested qualified parties should have the ability to provide equipment in compliance with design/hard specifications and stringent quality control procedures. Following is a brief description of the equipment anticipated to be required under the procurement action. MCC BUILDINGS AND TRANSFORMER SKIDS: This is a procurement for two (2) MCC electrical building skids consisting of power distribution transformers and walk-in prefabricated power distribution buildings. The distribution transformers are 3-phase with 12,470V delta connected primary, 480Y/277V wye connected secondary and primary fused protection. The buildings will house vendor supplied and installed low-voltage distribution switchboards, low-voltage motor control centers, variable-frequency drives, automatic transfer switches, low-voltage distribution equipment (transformers and panelboards), and control and supervisory equipment. Distribution transformers capacity are 2,000kVA and 1,500kVA. Estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $250K and $500K (SIC CODE 3612).
