The model numbers are as follows: IAC 400-A and IAC 250. The suggested manufacturer is Industrial Acoustics Company or equal. These booths will be delivered and installed at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton CA. The vendor who supplies these booths will be required to dismantle and palletize the current booths and install the new equipment. All booths must meet ANSI ambient noise standards. The booths can be no taller than 7'6'' and must be carpeted. Only written and faxed requests for copies of this request for quotation will be accepted. (0117)
