This is a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Research Announcement (NRA) as specified in FAR 6.102(d)(2) and will be released May 20, 1996. The NASA Sun-Earth Connection theme is soliciting Supporting Research and Technology proposals for heliospheric, solar, magnetospheric,ionospheric, mesospheric, and thermospheric physics; for various Guest Investigator programs; and for the Educational Outreach program. Participation in these programs is open to all categories of organizations, including educational institutions, industry, nonprofit institutions, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies. Notices of intent to propose must be submitted by June 20, 1996, and proposals are due August 20, 1996.
