acquisition is for Core Acquisition Program Management Services in
support of the Program Executive Officer Intelligence and Electronic
Warfare (PEO IEW) and related Project/Product Managers (PMs) and
Project Officers (Pos). The main objective is to gather data and
project information in order to perform timely analyses in support of
fully integrated acquisition management decisions. PEO/M4PMs will
utilize this contract for core acquisition management responsibilities
including both program management and technical efforts performed in
an integrated, independent and/or often time sensitive and highly
classified manner. Core acquisition management services include but are
not limited to assessments, evaluations, reviews, studies, and analyses
of the acquisition process to ensure that all elements of cost,
schedule and performance are planned for and adhered to during the
various acquisition lifecycle phases. Services will primarily be
performed on-site co-located with the governmental customer PEO/PMs in
various government managed offices located in New Jersey, Washington,
DC, Virginia, Maryland, Alabama, Georgia and Arizona. The contractor
must also be available to provide off-site services to other world-wide
locations. This is a 100% small business set aside. The SIC code is
8711. The Government intends to award a single 12-month
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, time-and-materials type
contract. The contract will include four successive 12-month option
periods. The estimated level of effort is 250 man years which includes
the 12-month base year and all option years. Award will be made on the
basis of best value to the Government. CECOM intends to issue a
solicitation on the Command Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). No hard
copies will be issued. A Bidder's List will be maintained in the
Electronic Mail file, drawn from those who access the solicitation on
