This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The FBI intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for Advisory and Assistance Services. These services are to be performed by an independent contractor in the field of industrial and organizational psychology to review the FBI's current appraisal process and validate a Performance Appraisal System (PAS) for future use, and to evaluate the current process for initiating disciplinary proceedings. Services may include but not be limited to the following: written asssessment of PAS or disciplinary process, validation studies and development of training materials. Services must be able to withstand legal scrutiny under federal nondiscrimination statutes. The successful contractor and its employees must have or be capable of obtaining security clearances in accordance with FBI security procedures. Please reference RFP 6964 in your written request. All solicitation requests must be in writing. Solicitation documents will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Solicitation will be sent by mail only. No phone call request for solicitation will be accepted. All request for copies of the solicitation must be postmarked no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
