R -- FEDLINK INTERLIBRARY LOAN PROGRAM SOL RFP96-16 POC Vanessa Fox, Contract Specialist. The Library of Congress intends to issue RFP96-16 for the FEDLINK Interlibrary Loan Program. The Library is seeking a qualified vendor to handle the administration and payment of invoices pertaining to the FEDLINK Interlibrary Loan Program. Offerors must be capable of: (1) receiving certified/approved invoices from Library borrowers, (2) verifying that the invoices are from a participating library, (3) processing library certified/approved invoices through an automated system, (4) paying invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt of certified invoices, and (5) producing and submitting to the Library of Congress - FEDLINK monthly reports on payments made.
