Functions within the visual information include: Photographic services, audio/visual information services, graphic ARTS services, presentationservices, video production services, presentation services, video duplication services, closed circuit television services, and conference room support services. Contractors are urged to inspect the site where service is to be performed. Site information is included in the Solicitation. Since subcontracting possibilities may exist, It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make direct contact with prospective prime contractors Early in the Solicitation stages. Due to the Nature and location of work to be performed under the proposed contract, access to certain restricted areas may be required. Therefore, contractor(S) are advised that they are responsible for obtaining the necessary facility and Personnel security clearances required for performance under this contract. Clearances must be in place at time of award. Security requirements are contained in the Solicitation. Type ofcontract: Firm fixed price and indefinite delivery/indefinitequantity. Estimated start and completion dates: 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 for the base year. Duration of the contract is one base year with four one-year option periods that may be exercised at the Government'S discretion.
