The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pall Aeropower Corporation, 6301 - 49th Street North, Pineallas Park, FL 34665, for a complete Graywater Treatment System, Model WE-00970-3 to treat Navy supplied graywater. IAW FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements because Pall Aeropower Corporation is the sole manufacturer of the unit.
