The U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL) requires a demonstration of clean technologies for lead based paint abatement on unoccupied residential housing in Buffalo, NY. This work is to evaluate the existing devices and develop systems for the removal of lead based paint from various architectural surfaces.
