F -- WASTEWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS SOL 52SBNB6C9123 DUE 061096 POC Trena Bercaw (301) 975-6324 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for wastewater sampling and analysis to be conducted, in compliance with the Discharge Authorization Permit, issued to NIST by Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). The contractor shall be responsible for semi-annually collecting samples from the WSSC specified Industrial Waste Monitoring Point (IWMP), located at NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland, analyzing the samples, and providing laboratory analytical data/analytical data sheets to NIST, no later than the last week of May and the last week of October, each calendar year. The Government anticipates a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type of contract. The anticipated award date is June 28, 1996. The period of performance shall be for one year, with four (4), one-year options to renew the contract.
