AGT is the sole license for software engine that drives the FAISS hardware. This requirement will be hardware upgrades and enhancements, depot level maintenance, WinCATS software upgrades, training, distribution and telephone support. Contractor will provide hardware upgrades to the systems currently in use by the ARNG. AGT is the proprietary developer and only known vendor that can provide JCATS and DUCATS software technology. All interested parties may submit a written response within 15 days after publication of this notice. Include in the written response the cost and technical documentation and proof that you can provide WinCATS and FAISS software and hardware upgrades. All responses will be fully considered by the Government. No contract will be issued on the basis of any response to this notice, as the synopsis of intent is to contract directly with AGT and this notice is not considered a solicitation document.
