Dodge Division, McGraw-Hill for the acquisition of online nationwide data services on construction projects. This information will be made available via on-line access to the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and the designated Minority Business Development Centers (MBDCs), Native American Business Development Centers (NABDC), Minority Business Opportunity Committees (MBOC), and other Community Based Organizations by MBDA; not to exceed 120 sites. Also, to access ''post construction'' opportunities such as landscaping, general maintenance and other type of activities. The information provided must include the most current information available concerning general building, engineering/heavy construction, industrial, and residential construction projects in the Continental United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. An 800-number ''hotline'' must be available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. eastern time for customer service. The period of performance will be for a base year with three one year option renewal periods. The government intends to procure via commercial item buy in accordance with FAR Part 12. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can fulfill the requirement should submit their capability to respond to the proposal. If no written responses with convincing documentation are received, a contract will be placed with the above named vendor. See Note 22. (0120)
