It is the intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain all necessary personnel, equipment and supplies required to include lead paint abatement and painting in accordance with the specifications, schedules and other contract documents. Services are to be performed at Quarters ''A'', Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C. Quarters ''A'' is on the Historic Register and consists of a main dwelling complex, attached garage, greenhouse, mechanical equipment house and stand alone garage. This solicitation will be evaluated on price and past performance in the painting of historical structures. The proposal due date is May 15, 1996. Proposals must include a listing of similar projects completed within the last five years. Please provide a customer, point of contact, telephone number along with title and location.
