Banks, Contracting Officer This requirement is for development and production of a Practice Diversionary Charge Mk155 MOD 0 Fuze Assembly in accordance with a performance specification. Data shall be provided in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List. The Fuze Assembly, when assembled to a Base, is a diversionary device which, when activated creates a flash and loud report to be used in practice operations. Phase I will be for 450 First Article units which will be required for Government inspection 120 days after effective date of contract. 40,000 production units will be required 180 days after Government acceptance of first article quantities. Two option quantities of 10,000 additional units per option may be required at Government option. Delivery of option quantities, if exercised, will be required 60 days after exercise of option.
