Aircraft. FOB Origin, Required delivery for proposed D.O.0001 75 each
is 30 ea to New Cumberland, PA, 22 ea to Stockton, CA. 23 ea to
Texarkana, TX, deliveries starting 270 days ADC at 25 ea and then 25 ea
per month thereafter until completion. This procurement requires
prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which
shall be considered by the agency. Authority and justification is FAR
6.302-1, Only one Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible
Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the
Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and
open competition; however it is restrictied to approved sources:
McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., and Lucas Western, Inc. The time
required for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery
cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are
encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future
solicitation IAW the instructions contained in Section L of the
solicitation. Information on meeting of qualifications may also be
