The Turbine Nozzle Assembly called for by this CBD synopsis/solicitation has been identified by a BRAND NAME. Offerors quoting on an equal product (including a product of the brand name manufacturer other than the one described) will not be considered for award. ONLY GENUINE NEW PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Delivery terms shall be as follows: FOB DESTINATION JEFFERSON, LA, Panama Canal Commission, 6140 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson, LA 70123-5121 /__/ within 90 days, FOB destination Jeff., LA (For supplies coming from within the U.S., CANADA or MEXICO) or CIF/FOB DESTINATION PANAMA, Panama Canal Commission, Logistical Support Division, Building 5, Section B, Balboa, Republic of Panama /__/ within 120 days, CIF destination Panama (For supplies coming from within or outside of the U.S., CANADA or MEXICO). or /__/ within 120 days, FOB destination Panama (For supplies coming from within Panama) after receipt of notice of award. This is an average freight factor which includes the cost of ocean freight, stevedoring and handling fees, and the cost of inland freight and insurance in Panama.
