These relays are to be manufactured in accordance with (IAW) MIL-R-83726/12D (USAF) dated 27 March 1996. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination to NAVSURFWARCEN Crane, Crane, IN within 180 days of effective date of contract award. This procurement is being issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quotes will be issued.
