Work, material, equipment and controls required to make ready for operation a Bulk Cloth Material Handling System for use at Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA, complete with an extendable conveyor, power accumulation conveyor, in-line scale, controls, bridge crane, and vacuum-assisted listing equipment. Contractor supplied equipment shall interface with and be completely compatible with all Government facilities. The function of this system is to receive bulk cloth rolls that are individually stacked on trucks, weigh and inspect each roll, and stack the rolls into a stacking frame.
