The Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to procure services for the mastering and duplication of CD ROM discs which includes providing materials, services and quality control necessary to produce any of the following items on an as needed basis: high quality classified/unclassified CD-ROM mastering from ISO 9660 premastered government furnished material on premastered gold disc; classified/unclassified replication discs with up to a 2 color label with unique customer specified identifying numbers on classified replication discs. An American-owned, DISCO certified facility must be used for the mastering and replication of classified material due to the nature of the classified information contained on the discs.
