The requirements of this effort are 1) to produce an updated, metricized version of the the ''Standard Highway Signs'' booklet and 2) to provide software for developing new word message signs and modifying all elements of individual standard highway signs including traffic control device details. This proposed effort is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses under Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 7379. Requests for solicitations must be made in writing to the above address.
