The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) is seeking a contractor who will provide the following services for a maximum of five years beginning October 1, 1996: Establish and manage an Employee Assistance Program within the guidelines established by Federal law, Regulation, and the RRB's (EAP) policy. Staff the position of Employee Assistance Counselor at the RRB's headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Counsel RRB employees or family members referred by management, union or self-referral. Assist RRB staff in the implementation of the RRB's drug testing program. Design and present employee assistance training programs for RRB supervisory, union and management staff and employees. We expect to issue the solicitation on or about June 1, 1996, with a closing date thirty (30) calendar days after the issuance date. (120)
