R -- FULL COLOR AND BLACK AND WHITE ILLUSTRATIONS FOR AGATE FOSSIL BEDS NATIONAL MONUMENT Sol. 1443-RP-1100-96-012. Due 060396. POC: Contract Specialist, Shelia El. Jordan, (304) 535-6236. The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for full color and black and white illustrations for Agate Fossil Beds National Monument. The Contractors shall be required to provide all professional services, including labor, materials, facilities and travel necessary to render five (5) original full color illustrations, and two (2) original black and white illustrations. Illustrations shall depict natural history scenes of the Agate area during the Miocene Epoch. Illustrations shall include landscapes, animals, habitats, vegetation and geological features. The Contractor shall be responsible for all research to produce scientifically accurate replication of the elements to be depicted in the illustrations. Two (2) o9f the illustrations shall be reproduced at mural size on Vicrtex fabric which is suitable for adhering to a vertical wall surface. The other illustrations shall be rendered in a style which maintains clarity for photographic reproduction by the Government to various finished sizes. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. All requests must be submitted IN WRITING OR BY WRITTEN FAXED REQUEST (304) 535-6424 to Bertha Braithwaite, Procurement Technician.
