R -- UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION INITIATIVE SOL RFP-DAA 96-48 DUE 071196 POC Shirley M. Horton, Contract Specialist, (202) 219-8698, Keith A. Bond, Contracting Officer. The Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals to develop an approach for measuring the degree to which the Unemployment Insurance System provides its altimate customers with satisfactory services. The period of performance for the prospective award will be 12 months from the date of contract execution plus two 1-year options at the government's descretio. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside with a SIC code of 8733 and a $5 million size standard. Request for proposals will be available upon written request only, approximately 15 days from the date of publication, on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For requests after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be July 11, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Requests must cite RFP-DAA-96-48 and must include two self addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in receipt of the solicitation. No collect calls will be accepted. (0121)
