The Department of the Treasury plans to award a firm fixed priced contract for contractor assistance to manage a fitness center located at Main Treasury, 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. The Contractor shall conduct a physical fitness program which shall include fitness exercises, as well as, aerobic classes for up to 400 federal employees Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. The fitness center consists of approximately 1300 square footage of exercise/aerobic space in addition to a women's locker and shower room. The men's locker and shower room is not contained within the fitness center. Equipment and office furnishings will be provided by the Department of the Treasury. The contract period will include one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government.
