The instructors shall have a MA/MS Degree in their respective area of expertise (i.e., Asian, Latin American, African and European Studies), International Relations concentrating on their respective region (i.e., Asian, Latin American, African, and European), or an equivalent M.A/M.S in political science, history, or economics with an emphasis on Asian, Latin American, African, European issues, in-country experience of not less than one year is required.
