Smith,215/ 656-6091 The project site of solicitation GS-03P-96-DXC-0021 identified in the synopsis published on 4/29/96 is the East High-Rise and Low-Rise Buildings, Social Security Administration Complex, 6401 Security Boulevard, Woodlawn, Maryland 21253. In addition to the definitive responsibility criteria previously specified in the synopsis published on 4/29/96, a single entity must perform all demolition and abatement work. The General contractor shall subcontract with a single entity for demolition and abatement work under the contract. The contractor must certify in writing that he/she has contracted with a single entity to perform the demolition and abatement work of the contract. The contractor should be ready to provide a copy of the subcontract, if requested. The scope of work for the subject project is being procured using the competitive negotiated method. This procurement is being issued unrestricted, under full and open competition. The Proposal Closing Date is 6/27/96. Estimated price range: More than $10,000,000.00.
