Furnish all labor, materials, services, insurance and equipment necessary for the removal of asbestos containing materials located at the work site. Contractor shall strictly adhere to all the precautions necessary for the safety and health of the workers as well as the government personnel in accordance with appropriate OSHA, Federal EPA, and N.J. State Environmental Regulations and laws. The place of performance shall be Fort Monmouth, NJ and other government installations within approximately a seventy five (75) mile radius within the state of New Jersey. All work will be in strict accordance with plans and specifications provided with each delivery order. This solicitation will be issued as a percentage to be applied to the government furnished estimate. The percentage shall be applicable to all items of work as expressed in the schedule at section B of the solicitation. A full explanation of the procedure will be included in the solicitation package. The requirements will include a base year and options for two additional years. There will be an $8.00 charge for the specifications. Checks are to be made out to the Defense Accounting Office. All request must be in writing.
