The scope includes removing and replacing the existing outdoor plaza brick pavers (including removing and restoring granite steps, slabs, wall panels, all plaza drains, piping, and pipe accessories). The work also entails removing and replacing limestone panels on the wingwall, existing columns, and building facade. Lastly, the scope requires providing water repellants where indicated, as required. To minimize the impact on the tenant's and court's daily operations, this project may require after hours and night work.
