Work includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, facilities, and performing all operations necessary to demolish existing building services fed from bldg 213 to bldgs 209 and 208; installation of new building services in accord with the project plans and specifications. Construct new pump room w/concrete floor, metal stud walls, frames, lighting and wiring in crawl space. Install landscaping. Provide attic ventilation fans & sheet metal. Remove and replace all existing hot water pipe hangars with new hangars and insulation. Perform all work under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. All work to be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. Solicitation package will be available o/a 14 May 1996. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This solicitation will be issued under full and open competition.
